He's working on ambulation then?
No. AFAIK he leads the ISD team and more, and I guess he have the same problems keeping the ISD team in leash as the Mod team having the problems keeping the forums under control 
TBH I am not completely sure what he does. Checked Kieron to see if he got any signatures to trace his whereabouts, but to no avail. Only trace: ISD HQ.
He might be locked away on a Icelandic Azylum though. WOuld not suprise me at all after all the time he have spent on these forums..

Do you know the worst thing with devs being promoted? That often leaves us in the dark.
After all the time they have spent on the forums they have become a important part of the community, and when they go missing (ie promoted) a vital part of it (ie the community) goes missing
